Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined due to the changes in user habits, IP exceptions, the use of VPN, or bad credit records. If you’re using someone else’s credit card or if your shipping information and credit card information don’t match, your payments may be declined due to the risks of unauthorized payments. If your payment is declined, we suggest that you sign up for a PayPal account and link your credit card. Also, please confirm your credit card to let PayPal know that you’re the card owner.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to pay. You can use your credit card or bank account without exposing your account numbers. You can link your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account so you don't have to enter your card number or address anywhere you shop. Just log in to PayPal and quickly check out by a few clicks.

Can I use a credit card with PayPal?

Yes, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number.

Why my payment status is pending?

Payment made by an e-Check will take some days to clear in PayPal. The status will be pending and we will not send your order until it is cleared. Similarly, do not attempt to use another person's credit card for PayPal payments unless you are certain the credit card owner will be able to provide us with direct confirmation that the charge is authorized. If the single amount over 1000USD, we may investigate and hold the amount for around 3 days via PayPal).

I have paid, why the order status is still unpaid?

Due to PayPal server will be delayed sometimes, please wait 2-4hours and check it again. If still unpaid, you can contact with Local PayPal branch or provide your email and order ID number, we'll check and fix the problem.

I have paid, why there's nothing in my order list?

On very rare occasion, the order won't appear in your order list. Make sure you have paid it. Please provide your E-mail address, order ID (you can get the order id from your PayPal confirm email) and item SKU, Zuk.eu service center will check and handle it for you.
